How Yococo started
Yococo started in 2016 in Sine Ndlela's apartment. The first taste testers were strangers from the building elevator who were brave enough to try the early scoops. From there, Yococo grew into a fun-loving dairy-free ice cream brand with a mission to serve love through scoops.
Why dairy-free
Because everyone deserves a scoop. Dairy-free doesn't mean joy-free — it means more people can share the same moment, together, without compromise.
Why coconut milk
Coconut milk gives Yococo its signature creamy body without any dairy. It carries flavour beautifully, holds well in the freezer, and tastes like sunshine.
Why brown sugar
Brown sugar brings a rounder, warmer sweetness with a hint of caramel. It's the small choice that makes a big difference in every scoop.
